Internship
For those yet to join the workforce, internship is a great way to get a taste of the work-life exposure. Undergraduate students from our local as well as overseas polytechnics/universities have emerged from their short internship with us gaining a better understanding and expectations of the corporate world.
“During my internship with Foo Kon Tan Grant Thornton LLP, apart from learning audit skills I have also improved a lot on my communication skills. I had two mentors who though were busy took the time to teach me. They really impressed me with their commitment. I really benefited a lot from my internship and is privileged to have experienced the Grant Thornton environment. I will seriously consider joining the firm after my graduation.

“The most valuable lesson I learnt is teamwork. The whole audit process comprises different sections. I may be involved in only one section but understanding that my work impact others working on the assignment and clarifying the purpose of my job helped me contribute to the big picture.”
